At GOLF Partner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your new clubs or gear don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Log into your GOLF Partner account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
